
About Andrew Potter
Andrew Potter works in the Ashland office of The Potter Law Firm as a Medicaid Planning paralegal. He is responsible for helping clients complete the work required to qualify for Medicaid benefits to help pay the cost of nursing home care. He also helps clients collect the extensive documentation required for a Medicaid application and organizes that information for presentation during the Medicaid application process. Andrew's goal is to help clients successfully navigate the difficult maze of Medicaid regulations and policies with the least possible stress.
Education
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana, where he double majored in history and classical studies. He earned a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Louisville.
Community Involvement
Andrew stays active in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Ironton Council for the Arts and is a regular volunteer at the Ashland Community Kitchen. He is a member of the River Cities Chorus. Andrew is active in the First Presbyterian Church of Ashland where he serves on the Session, leads the youth group, sings in the choir, and serves on the youth, nominating, and worship committees.
